 ch spells out what is expected from you.\n\n\n\nThe Tuesday morning ride i
 s a mid week option in the Rural area of SW Portland. These rides are coop
 erative and we make sure no one’s left behind. Riders are expected to be
  capable of maintaining an average speed of 18 mph while riding with a gro
 up on flat terrain.\n\n\n\nPlease make sure you have either the route down
 loaded onto your GPS device (Garmin\, Wahoo\, phone etc…) or print out t
 he cue sheet. Follow the link to RwGPS site and download the GPS file appr
 opriate for your device from there\, you can also print the cue sheet from
