 n\n\n\nThere are two rides on offer for Thursday mornings. Please see note
 s below. \n\n\n\nPlease make sure you have either the route downloaded ont
 o your GPS device (Garmin\, Wahoo\, phone etc…) or print out the cue she
 et. Follow the link to RwGPS site and download the GPS file appropriate fo
 r your device from there\, you can also print the cue sheet from there. Pr

 up will be riding longer\, more difficult routes at higher speeds. The Sho
 rt ride will be riding shorter less difficult routes.\n\n\n\nBoth groups a
