 ide. So we're doing something a little different this week. In order to be
 at the heat we will be riding the Banks-Vernonia Trail out and back. It's 
 a nice cool ride that stays in the shade most of the time.\n\n\n\nBNNNN\n\
 n\n\nThe Sunday ride is usually just one group and we tend to average 18-2
 0 in the flats. We usually have one or two OPTIONAL open sections with a H
 ARD regroup at the end. We will announce any open sections prior to the st
 art of the ride and then again as were approaching the section. Please mak
 e sure you have either the route downloaded onto your GPS device (Garmin\,
  Wahoo\, phone etc...) or print out the cue sheet.\n\n\n\nIf you are not a
