 or the roads are wet. Please bring fenders WITH A BUDDY FLAP!&nbsp\;\n\n\n
 \nThere will most likely only be one group as turnout is light during wint
 er months. We tend to average 18-20 in the flats. Please make sure you hav
 e either the route downloaded onto your GPS device (Garmin\, Wahoo\, phone
  etc...) or print out the cue sheet.\n\n\n\nIf you are not a Portland Velo
