DESCRIPTION:Note the start time will remain 9:00 AM through the winter.\n\n

 \n\nBefore you join ANY PV ride\, read this page which spells out what is 
 expected from you.\n\nIf you are not a Portland Velo member and want to jo
 in us for a ride\, use the Contact page to request links and maps sent via
  email.\n\nDue to the inclement weather on November 4 a very few daring so
 uls rode the route. We will repeat it on November 11. And the weather fore
 cast again calls for light rain limited to the early morning hours.\n\nThe
  forecast is temperature in the mid 40°Fs to mid 50°Fs\, overcast and li
 ght breezes. FENDERS!\n\nWe are into the short\, wetter days of the year. 
 Routes will be a little shorter and flatter.\n\nLinks to the routes and ma

 ccw (37.9 miles\, 1172 ft). Map/Cue\nShort Route: Flat 24.4 ccw (24.4 mile
 s\, 592 ft). Map/Cue\nNote that not all speed groups may have ride leaders
  for all routes.\nPlease be sure to download the appropriate GPS file to y
 our computer. That rider off the front of the group may not know where he'
 s going. Follow the link to the RwGPS site and download the GPS file appro
 priate for your computer from there. And print the map/cue sheet. Let's tr
 y to avoid the collapse into one large group because only 1-2 people have 
 the route. Protect yourself. See the cue sheet for caution areas.\nRoute n
 ames are often reused with minor changes to the route. Do not assume an ol
 d map or GPS file reflects the current route.\nAlso note you can download 
 the free RwGPS app to your smart phone\, access the route through it and f
